HMIF ITB
HMIF App is a web-based property and secretariat borrowing management system developed for HMIF ITB to streamline inventory usage, loan requests, reporting, and returns. The application supports role-based access for Admins and Members (Warga), featuring calendar-based availability views, property and secretariat management, borrowing requests with exclusive and non-exclusive validation, damage/loss reporting, and return verification with photo evidence. Admins can manage properties, approve or reject requests, review reports, and monitor upcoming returns, while members can submit borrowing requests, reports, and returns through guided flows. The system is designed with structured workflows, data validation, and confirmation steps to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficient asset management.
